Renters can use a caterer that is insured and licensed. Caterer’s must complete an application annually and submit a $50 kitchen fee per event or $200 annual kitchen fee. The Armory Ballroom catering kitchen includes: 4 burners, commercial warming oven, commercial fridge, 2 convection ovens, coffee machine, microwave and 3 sinks. Caterers are responsible for cleaning the kitchen, removing trash and bussing during event. Excessive clean-up or damages will be taken out of the renter’s deposit.
