Remaining Balance is paid 2 weeks prior to event.
Actual head count taken during event.
Parties that need an additional day for set-up or need to use the ballroom for rehearsal may buy out the previous rental day for the minimum rental price. Everything is expected to be out the evening the event is over.
Daytime rates for weddings/wedding receptions do not apply . Weekday and Sunday weddings/receptions are charged Friday evening rate.
