Renter can use any caterer that is insured and licensed. Caterer’s must complete an application annually and submit a $50 kitchen fee per event. The Armory Ballroom will refer caterers and make sure the kitchen is stocked with cleaning supplies, trash cans and bags.  The Armory will also make sure the kitchen appliances are in working order.  The kitchen includes: 2 burners, commercial warming oven, commercial fridge, 2 convection ovens, coffee machine, microwave and 3 sinks.  Caterer is responsible for cleaning kitchen, removing trash and bussing during event. Excessive clean-up or damages taken out of renter’s deposit. Beverage service is always provided by Armory Ballroom. Cash or open bar available. See bar rates.
