Parties that need an additional day for set-up or need to use the ballroom for rehearsal may buy out the previous rental day for the minimum rental price. Everything is expected to be out the evening the event is over. You are not required to clean up. Daytime rates for weddings/wedding receptions do not apply . Weekday and Sunday weddings/receptions are charged Friday evening rate. The rates are subject to change and serve as general guidelines only.
Non-profit organizations get a 20% discount on rental rates (10% off day rates).
Tables, Chairs and Capacity
Tables and chairs are provided at no additional cost. Tables and chairs are set up for you according to your layout. Seating for 300 (banquet style) can be accommodated. 440 can be seated (lecture style). The balcony can seat an additional 50 people. The Armory Ballroom has 300 banquet style chairs, 36 tables (5’ round), 8 rectangular tables (5'), 2 rectangular tables (4') and 1 rectangular table (6').
Sound System
The Armory Ballroom is equipped with a sound system designed to meet the acoustical needs of the room. It is available for rent at an additional charge of $150 for speech or recorded music and $350 for use with live music.
